What this site collects
What you send us. One form on this site invites you to begin a conversation. It asks for four things: your name, your email address, your business, and whatever you choose to write about your operation. Nothing in that form is required in order to browse the site, and the site asks for nothing else.
We do not collect phone numbers, mailing addresses, or payment information anywhere on this site.
What the servers record. Like any web server, the service that hosts this site keeps standard access logs: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's own description of itself. These exist to keep the site available and secure.
That is the complete list.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. To understand your operation well enough for the conversation to be worth your time. To keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use what you send for any purpose beyond the conversation it begins.
Who receives it
Two service providers, and no one else.
GoHighLevel receives what you submit through the form and stores it. It is the customer relationship platform we use to manage conversations and client records.
Vercel hosts this site and holds the server access logs described above.
Both act on our instructions and under agreements that limit what they may do with your information. Neither may use it for their own purposes.
Beyond those two, no one. We disclose information further only if the law requires it, and we will say so on this page if that ever changes.
How long it is kept
If a conversation does not lead to an engagement, we delete what you submitted within 24 months of our last contact with you.
If it does lead to an engagement, the records are kept for as long as the working relationship needs them and afterward only for the period the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party chat. Nothing here follows you, and nothing here needs your consent, because there is nothing to consent to.
There is no cookie banner on this site for the same reason.
Do Not Track, and tracking across other sites
Because the site does no tracking, a Do Not Track signal from your browser has nothing to act on. We honour it by not tracking anyone in the first place.
No third party collects personal information about you through this site, and none follows you from this site to any other.
Your choices
Write to legal@novaquarks.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Tell us the email address you used and we will find it.
Any email we send you carries a way to stop receiving them.
Children
This site is addressed to people running a business. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will remove it.
When this policy changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new effective date at the top. Material changes are announced here before they take effect.
