What this site collects
What you send us. One form on this site invites you to begin a conversation. It asks for five things: your name, your email address, your phone number, your business, and whatever you choose to write about your operation. Only the name and the email are needed to send it. The phone number is optional, and the section on text messages below explains what it is for. Nothing in that form is required in order to browse the site, and the site asks for nothing else.
The form also carries two checkboxes about text messages. Neither is checked for you, neither is required, and the form sends either way.
We do not collect mailing addresses or payment information anywhere on this site.
What the servers record. Like any web server, the service that hosts this site keeps standard access logs: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's own description of itself. These exist to keep the site available and secure.
One exception, and only when something breaks. If the form reaches us but our own system refuses it, what you submitted is written to our server log so a person can recover it and reply to you by hand. That is the only circumstance in which your message is held anywhere but the places named below, it happens so that your message is not lost, and it is cleared on the same schedule as everything else here.

Why we collect it
To reply to you. To understand your operation well enough for the conversation to be worth your time. To keep the site running and secure. To write to you occasionally about what we build, which you can stop in one click.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Who receives it
Two service providers, and no one else.
GoHighLevel receives what you submit through the form and stores it. It is the customer relationship platform we use to manage conversations and client records.
Vercel hosts this site and holds the server access logs described above.
Both act on our instructions and under agreements that limit what they may do with your information. Neither may use it for their own purposes.
Beyond those two, no one. We disclose information further only if the law requires it, and we will say so on this page if that ever changes.
Your phone number and your text-message consent go to the same two providers and no further. They are the subcontractors that carry the messages; they are not an audience for them.
The email we send you
Two kinds, and they are not the same thing.
Replies and follow-up. If you write to us, we write back, and we may follow up about that same conversation: an answer, a time to talk, word on something you asked for.
Occasional word about what we build. New capabilities, and what they are for. A few times a year rather than weekly.
Every message carries a way out, and it takes one click. No reply needed, no form to fill, and it takes effect at once.
Unsubscribing stops the second kind. It does not stop a reply to something you asked us: an answer to your own question is not marketing, and being met with silence because you unsubscribed would be the wrong outcome.
Text messages
You are texted only if you asked to be. Giving a phone number does not by itself permit a text. Two separate checkboxes on the form control that: one for messages about your own conversation with us, one for occasional word about what we build. Neither is checked for you, neither is required to submit the form, and you can send the form without either.
Check the first and we may text you replies, scheduling, and word on work in progress; how often depends on the conversation. Check the second and we may text you when we build something new, up to four messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP to any message for help. Stopping takes effect at once and stays in effect until you ask us to start again. Writing to legal@novaquarks.com does the same thing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep the consent itself on file: which boxes you checked, the exact wording you were shown when you checked them, the page you were on, the date and time, and the IP address the form was sent from. That record exists so the permission can be shown to have been given, which a carrier can require for any individual number, and it is kept for as long as we hold the number. The IP is there as evidence of the consent and for nothing else; it is not used to identify you, to locate you, or to follow you.
How long it is kept
If a conversation does not lead to an engagement, we delete what you submitted within 24 months of our last contact with you.
If it does lead to an engagement, the records are kept for as long as the working relationship needs them and afterward only for the period the law requires.
How it is kept safe
What we do. This site is served only over HTTPS, and browsers are instructed to refuse an unencrypted connection to it. A content security policy restricts the site to its own code, so no third-party script can run on a page you are reading, and nothing loads from anywhere but here. The form's submission is sent server-side, which is why no key or credential is ever present in the page you receive. What you send is held in the two services named above, under the accounts described there, reachable only by us. We keep it only for the periods set out on this page, and deleting it when those run out is part of how it is kept safe.
What we do not claim. The two providers operate their own security controls, and those are theirs rather than ours. We will not list a vendor's certifications here as though we performed them. No system is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If we ever learn that information you sent us has been exposed, we will tell you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party chat. Nothing here follows you, and nothing here needs your consent, because there is nothing to consent to.
There is no cookie banner on this site for the same reason.
Do Not Track, and tracking across other sites
Because the site does no tracking, a Do Not Track signal from your browser has nothing to act on. We honour it by not tracking anyone in the first place.
No third party collects personal information about you through this site, and none follows you from this site to any other.
Your choices
Write to legal@novaquarks.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Tell us the email address you used and we will find it.
Any email we send you carries a one-click unsubscribe, described above. Any text we send you stops on STOP.
Children
This site is addressed to people running a business. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will remove it.
When this policy changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new effective date at the top. Material changes are announced here before they take effect.
