02 When something changes
A cancellation leaves two things to sort out: the hour and the client.
The client reschedules from the same link, and the appointment is marked for what actually happened: confirmed, cancelled, or no-show.
03 When they pay
The charge goes out from the same profile that holds the conversation.
You can collect when they book, or send the payment link by text. Either way it lands on the client's profile.
04 Until the next one
They leave without booking the next one.
Whoever picks the conversation back up sees the last service, who did it, and everything that was said, whichever channel they wrote from.
